This is not our only experience in Europe(also in Austria, but not in France)There is a charge to park your car which can be seemingly fairly high. (24CHF here and 12 Euro. in Austria)Signposts to hotel were not that clear and we had difficulty finding it, even with Google reference maps. |

The hotel is a nice place to stay. It was a bit crowded at check-in. And, due to torrential rain, i got soaked bringing all our luggage in (there was no help offered by hotel staff)

|
* there should be a COVERED area for unloading cars if it's raining
* the price was way too high in my opinion for what we got... |

Ibis is located near Zurich Airport. Hotel shuttle takes you from and to airport so you do not need to arrange a transport. Nice building, clean standard room, café-bar, 24 hours service. Well trained staff. Not much of luxury, but we did not look for that, for a night sleep near Airport is fine, price is right. Ideal accommodation for travellers. Also we used free wi-fi Internet in café-bar area. |

I dont think there are any negative points in the hotel. Only that i would like to have a discount on the tariffs. |

3rd bed in the room for a small child was great.
Breakfast selection was great!
We were very happy with what we got for the price.

|
Wi-Fi did not extend up to the 5th floor where our rooms where - although requested at check-in.
Wi-Fi was not free, and the Swisscom charges were high. Cheaper from your own PC than the ones in the lobby.
Evening meals in the restuarant were more expensive than expected. |

This hotel was perfect for what I needed--a clean, safe and comfortable place to spend the night and be shuttled to and from the airport. |

Everything is al'carte. From the parking to a glass of water. Breakfast was 15 franc's and the poorest of all the hotels we stayed at. I left a baseball cap in the lounge, we were the last to leave, and returned about 15 minutes later, to retreave it, and the only waiter there knew nothing about it. |

This hotel is the best value for hotels that have a shuttle bus from the Zurich Airport. It is comfortable and quiet. For Americans who want a great place to get over "jet lag," Hotel Ibis is a good choice. And the breakfast for 15 CHF is a real value, too!

|
The television in the room has a small screen; however, it has lots of channels, including CNN. The week day rate is 122 CHF, but the rate drops to 102 CHF on the weekends. |

The walls were smeared with some sort of substance and had boogers on them. It was disgusting. Also, the "non-smoking" room wreaked of cigarettes. |

Friendly staff, 24H snack and bar service

|
Name is not suitable, I can not say it is the airport hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is available, but bus has small capacity, you will not be able to take the bus which you wish in the worst case. |
