 cheap - can definitely recommend it for private travel.

 badly soundproof if you are close to the street because you can hear every tram. Ask for room on the other side of the hotel. |

Perfect location - close to main train station and walkable to Oktoberfest grounds. Room was clean, and bathroom had tons of water pressure.

Room and location were fine. Nice staff. Clean room. You should get air conditioning in the rooms.

| However, it was very noisy in the morning. Where my room was located was by where all deliveries were made. No air conditioning in the room made for sleeping with the window wide open because of hot weather/heat wave in Germany. When on vacation, I like to sleep in a little and couldn't sleep past 7:30 because of truck pulling up early in the morning and transporting linens across the parking lot on the moving rack which made tons of noise. IBIS in Dresden has climate controlled rooms, so you don't have to open the window. Maybe IBIS in Munich should consider getting air conditioning or climate control installed so that guests don't have to open the windows. Thank you. |

Staff was very friendly! Room overlooked courtyard and was quiet.

| Could sometimes here people in the hallway. Rooms are small- great if all you need the room for is sleeping not good for gathering in. Had to pay for internet. |

| The room, although small, was fine. The breakfast looked good; but because of what we perceived as its being overpriced, we decided to take our breakfasts elsewhere. The staff was very helpful; we had a medical emergency during our stay and the staff was very considerate and helpful. The rooms were small, clean, and quiet. Parking was excellent. |

Wir mussten bei Eintritt ins Hotel kurzfristig den Aufenthalt auf einen Tag reduzieren. Die aussergewöhnlich freundliche Dame am Empfang kam uns sehr kulant entgegen und räumte uns den eigentlich für ein mehrtägiges Paket vorgesehenen günstigeren Preis auch für die eine Nacht ein.
Check in/out superschnell und superfreundlich.
Im ruhigen Zimmer war Kinderbett schon vorbereitet.
Lage zum Bahnhof super. Für uns als Zwischenstation für lange Reise über München als Zwischenhalt optimal.
Buchung über hotel.de das erste Mal, klappte alles prima. Gerne wieder.
