 Friendly staff ,but not always.on ,y day of arrival the staff displayed not a friendly behaviour actualy she was quite rude.
However overall i am satisfied with the services received.

 The staff needs to understand that in the service trade all kinds of people will arrive at the hotel with allnsorts of requests etc so please be more understanding some have travelled more than 20 hours,they are tired and yes sometimes thir reactins are slow so please do not be rude.

next to central train station, so it was always very easy to get a taxi at all hours. and it was a relatively easy walk to the haupstrasse in the altstadt area of heidelberg.

Good location if you need to catch a train.

| The hotel is situated at the train station. My room was facing it and the sound from the speakers announcing every train arrival and departure and trains sounds as well were very clear even with windows closed. Although the room was clean it was the smallest one I have ever seen. |

| We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were both friendly and helpful. We did not eat or use any of the sports facilities so we can not comment. |

The desk staff were very nice and efficient.

| No elevator to 5th floor! Took it to 4th then had to walk up another flight. Also, it would be nice to offer free internet like so many hotels in France. |
