A very convienently placed hotel very near the main railway station. Freindly and helpful staff. A very busy hotel but still answered all our needs. Convieneit to walk into the city centre.

Clean and very new hotel. Located near train station, and close to new shopping area on the edge of the old town.

| Not much room! These are very small rooms. We booked a twin room and received a double, which was corrected by staff as soon as we told them. A cot was never received for our baby. |

| The internet connection is 12.50 Euro per day and download speed is 0.1 Mbps. There is no wireless range in the rooms. The staff are very arrogant. They do not know anything about how to treat their guests. They can be replaced by robots or machines. The toilets are very very small and located in uncomfortable corners. I had a very bad experience with the reception staff at the hotel. She acted as nothing was her responsibility she was there just to give us the keys and collect the cash. They should be taught what hospitality means. I will never stay in this hotel again. |

Located close to train station, very convenient. Within walking distance to historical center.
Located in modern pedestrian area, full of shops (but all closed on Sundays).
Room basic but clean and more than acceptable.
Helpful staff.
Good breakfast.

| There was no Internet, despite hotel being advertised as having one included in the price!
I was asked to pay 4 euro/24h to use DSL, which was disconnecting all the time |

| very difficult to find hotel parking with car - better directions needed. Otherwise good hotel product up to usual IBIS standard. Well placed for shopping and trams - 20 minute walk to sights. |
