The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The brochure in the room says that a free call is included in the price of the room. I called a local number (my friends in Geneva) and was charged 1 CHF for the call. No big deal, but the brochure does not give enough detail about what the free call is good for.

nice tv and early morning call service

a bit difficult to communicate with staff in English. Hotel's location is actually not very far from train station, but it took long time to find it from train station. Probably, hotel could show a better map with indicated directions. Thank you.
