Location is close to the Sydney CBD and close to the Darling Harbour area and a multitude of Restaurants.
 
The parking arrangements are extremely poor. There is no off-street area to park in while you check-in. There is little or no on-street parking available to even get to the check-in stage. There is parking available but the entry is located 2 blocks from the Hotel and is not accessible until after you check in. Rooms are very small. Traffic noise is noticeable from very early morning as the Western Distributor Motorway runs directly behind the Hotel on an elevated roadway.

Problems will be solved as soon as possible. Staff at the desk was very helpful. Rob at the desk provided a power transformation adapter for the time of my stay what I appreciated very much.
 
Room service did not clean the room all days although there was no "Do not disturb" sign outside the door. So I had to ask the Manager in charge to replace my towels at least (room service staff was already off duty). He did at once but it is actually not his job to do. Litter box inside the room was forgotten to be emptied one day by room service. There should be a check list of things to be done in every room to prevent such (little)problems which can disturb guests and stop them of coming again.
