Ibis London Gatwick Airport

I had borrowed an electrical adaptor from the front desk, the attendant told me I could either borrow it or buy one for 5 pounds (I knew I could buy one at Tesco for under 3 pounds, but I wasn't going to be anywhere a Tesco) I decided to buy it, and I explained the person at the desk as I was checking out my intentions, and asked him to add 5 pounds to my total. He told me that I could not buy the adaptor, that I was misinformed by the other desk attendant, and I had to unpack my bag in the lobby and return it. It was 4:00AM, the shuttle was out front waiting, it was rather inconvenient and a little embarrassing.

Internet was not free as it is described and the shuttle on request was to be paid when returning to the airport(4.5- pounds per peson)

Very limited choice of Meals on the Menu. Breakfast is 5am until 12 pm and restaurant starts only from 5 pm so you can have only limited snack menu between 12pm - 5pm. NO LUNCH POSSIBLE !!! Wi-Fi is payable on request not FREE!

Receptionist had poor command of english,I found her very difficult to understand and she couldn't understand me. The choice of food on menu was very limited and what I wanted was unavailable. Also I was unable to use the transport to the airport as it was already booked up so had to take a taxi.
