nice and helpful staff
the room didn't have any airconditioning during a very hot and humid night and opening the windows meant that I couldn't sleep because of the ongoing traffic noise along a main road

The breakfast was ok.
I was quite upset about the state of the bathroom... The temperature of the water was not stable, it wasn't pleasant at all, the quality of the towel was bad, to thin, and it looked somehow timeworn.
No sports/wellness facilities.

I was very happy with the hotel. When I return in 2 years I will use your hotel again.
I have traveled to a number of countries in the last few years and have found that advising how close the hotel is to a train or subway system is very helpful.
