The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was not included in my room however, meals were available. The restaurants on the 4th floor were very nice and the food was good.
 
I had no negative experiences at the Ibis.

I had to leave at 5:05 AM and the driver of the shuttle to the airport shut the door in my face. I had to take the shuttle half and hour later. Breakfast is very expensive. 16 euros.

Adequate service with the rate. I like this hotel, big improvement from my 15 years ago stay experiences.
 
Still facilities are bit too old even after renovation.

Large modern hotel with good facilities
 
Noise from planes (although this does stop around 23:30) and noise from the smoking shelter if you are in one of the rooms situated above it.

The Ibis is always a nice experience and in the case for KLM good value for money

Inspite of the positive happy effect of working continiously of the elevator, all the time, I thought that continious working of them cause a lot of electricity cost for the hotel. Why you do not use a sensor to run the elevator when somebody goes near it?
 
Some rooms are not included refrigerator, and Iron.
