 Very helpfull clerk on check-in, extremely nice location, close to Hyde park and 2 subway stations!!
  Appartment was a bit down the road from hotel reception (not too far), key a bit 'sticky' in the lock and toilet kept running.

 The location of the hotel is very good for short visiting London (close to the Hyde park): you can reach the center even by foot.
  a. It was not clearly noted that we have to pay additionaly 20 GMP for late arrival - after 22h. b. Some technical issues (problems) in the flat (WC).
