Absolutly great hotel with very kind staff, and also what is the best about this hotel is the location, its very close to tram wich can take you to airport (1 minute walking distance) very close to ferry and boat lines wich can take you to Asian side of the city.
Also the breakfeast buffet is just with great Bosphorus view wich gives you the feeling of Istanbul. ;)
