The huge villa in calssicistic style was built in 1872 and completely renewed and renovated in 2006, particularly under the concern of preserving its historical charm. The noble four star hotel “Humboldt Park Hotel & Spa” was born in the center of the the historical city “Karlsbad” which is located only a short distance to the border of Germany and Czechia.
The rooms are designed individually using precious materials, e.g. exclusive fabrics, expensive wood and carpet. Each room has been decorated with several paintings, amongst those “Trompe-l'oeil“ pictures. Our rooms have been equipped according to the latest technical standards and therefore include a flat screen TV and W-LAN internet access. In addition some contain a balcony with view over the Old Town.
The spa has 14 perfectly equipped extra rooms for our treatments, plus hot springs, saunas, steam baths, a fitness center with modern equipment (treadmills, cross trainers etc.) and much more. Our swimming pool and whirlpool are to be found directly underneath the truss. So get ready to enjoy some rejuvenating days at the „Humboldt Park Hotel & Spa”, you will be delighted!

The Hotel is closer to a five-star hotel than a four-star hotel. The quality and value of the room was the best I have ever experienced in Europe, although it was winter time when I was there, and not the height of the tourist season. I hope to return soon.

| although the booking was confirmed 2 months in advance for 03.01 - 10.01.07, we faced a bad surprise while arriving in the hotel: it was closed (at least the receptionist told us that the hotel is closed and the confirmed reservation status does not matter). We are really wondering why it was impossible for the hotel to give this info to us before our arrival. |
