nice, big rooms; very good breakfast, nice and helpful staff, very good massage
Room was next to elevator and therefor a bit loud, room was not as clean as I expected

It's quite close to pudong software park.2 stops only by metro line 2.
1)The bed was way too hard.I can't sleep well for 5 nights.
2)The breakfast was quite poor.
3)The worst thing was ,when I received my credit card bill,they claimed triple payment and all of them were from the same transaction,It seems a fraud behavior.

Hotel had two restaurants, one of which was having a 4 week special consisting of a all you can eat buffet. The buffet was over-priced, and was not as advertised (quality and availability of food). Additionally, the hotel bar was closed during my entire 2 week stay (did not appear to be a recent event).
