Room was cleaned and well decorated.
There is a party room above the 12th floor. Allocating these rooms when there is a party planned should not be done. The music went on till 2 PM. Since I had to get up at 4 Pm for an early flight, it was a rather short night! I ordered lasagna at the attached White Spot restaturant - it was so bad, I could not eat it. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The staff were friendly and helpful and a complementary shuttle was provided back to the airport the following morning. We had to catch an early flight so did not experience the breakfast and like most of Ecuador it is not always easy to find an English speaker, but we managed and would highly recommend for anyone arriving Quito late and needing an overnight before catching an AM flight. Also pet friendly as we had 3 ShihTzu's
