The breakfast room is in the Sousterrain was not agreable and they switch on the dishwater, that was very noisy! The quality of breakfast was not good, therefore 7,-€ are better investesd in a bakkery or other shop, there at least you get fresh coffee!

It was the cheapest hotel nearly. Staff was kind. The hotel provided the free wireless internet service.

The free wireless internet was not quite fast and stable.

Far enough out of centre to be cheap, close enough to still be close to all amenities.

Follow google maps to make sure you dont take long walking from the main station. Pulling around 2 luggages is a nightmare. The only health option at breakfast were the apples. No air condtioning but this seems to be custom in Germany Not the best room management

Near the train station but absolutely no noise. Big, clean rooms with cool lights, free internet (but LAN only so if you want to lay in the bad with Internet in your netbook it's better to take long cable). Good breakfast.

Hotel is not in the center but if you cross the bridge you will go to center in 10 minutes. Also you can catch tram - and will be in the center in 2 minutes. So it's not a problem. Not many restaurants near - Pizza Hut, McDonalds near the hotel and american fast food. It wasn't a problem for me - because I went to the center to eat but maybe it will be the problem for you.

The hotel is not too far from the Heidelberg HBF, just 5 minutes walk. The breakfast is great and the room is decent and clean, especially the bahtroom.

The room is supposed to be larger than this a little. The Wi-fi internet should be set up (only LAN line available).

Efficient clean room, especially since I was upgraded to a category with larger rooms. Located conveniently close to the main railway-station.

The locality around the hotel might not be the most pleasant one.

June 2009
Very clean and functional room.

No telephone in the room. We got a room in the front area of the building and it was extremely noisy (also with the windows closed). The room was also very very hot.

October 2008
I found the hotel quiet, but it is not clear to me how noisy it is when one sleeps facing the railway station. There is internet for free in the rooms, by ethernet cable, not via WiFi. I had my own cable with me and did not need to inquire if one could get such a cable from the reception.

Parking costs Eur6. There was no phone in the room.

October 2008
The hotel is within easy walkable distance from the main train station, and there is a tram about 200 meters away from it that goes to the main sites of Heidelberg. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great.

The bathroom didn't offer any toiletries and breakfast was not included. These things were not a problem, but it is good to point it out.
