I have not tested the sports opportunities but understood that you can use the fitness center next door. Sounded nice.
The hotel is not new at all, so there is some "patina" all over, but nice - you feel the history.

Hotel Am Zoo Berlin is just perfect one, it combines real berliner hospitality and really wonderul berliner breakfast quality with the perfect comfort. The staff is very skilled, helpful and friendly.

The location is most exellant. The room itself was large, not narrow, as you have it in some 5* hotels(Kempinski-Bristol). The Fornuture looks old and need some fresh up action. The bathroom tails have much old design and should be modernised together with the light conditions. Yellow light in the bathrooms is not the present standard. We missed some body cream. But in general: Very nice and silent hotel with nice car parking to a vry compatative price. |

Central location with airport shuttle directly to hotel.

The prices during fair periods is far too high and the hotel is not of a high enough standard to demand such prices. In reality the hotel is struggeling to meet the standard and service of a 3 star hotel. |

The staff was very helpful, generally. The environment was quite cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The night we arrived, the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor at 3.00 am and after a long trip... A few days later we found out that there was another elevator in the hotel, which we had not been informed of upon arrival... It was a bit unpleasant considering I personally have a serious problem with my knee... |

The location was perfect, and 90% of the staff was very service minded and positive. The hall (reception), dinning room and relaxing area was very nice.

But the halls to the room and the room was outdated, and we had two chairs in our room (513), where the seat was torn. And I don’t think that is acceptable at a 4-star hotel. But I guess that’s why the pice was not higher. (I was there with my mom). |

Die Lage am Kudamm und in der Nähre der U-Bahn ist ideal für Aktivitäten in Berlin.

Die Lobby ist ansprechend und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind aus den 70ern und in einem schlechten Zustand. |

dated rooms, stretched to limit staff, breakfast buffet had with stale bread,... the list would be very long I regret. This has not been a very positive experience with Hotel Zoo |
