Very nice stay here, I liked it very much - good breakfast, clean and nice building and room. Pet friendly hotel. Next time in Vienna I will book this hotel again!!! :-)

| The walls between rooms are absolutly not soundproof, so if you have same luck as me (crying baby in the next room whole night) the sleeping will be difficult. But there is no noise from outside. |

comfortable beds, nice all renovated modern room, quiet, modern bathroom with nice shower

Rooms seem to have been recently renovated (June 09), room and bathroom allow enough space (vs. UK and French hotels of same class!) to be comfortable, staff if friendly and speaks English, Italian and possibly others. Close to train and subway stations, quiet neighborhood, soundproof windows.

| Room windows have no shutters and curtains do not block sunlight, in summer at 4 am it is light! Room walls are NOT soundproofed, could hear neighbors speaking on phone to China at 5 am, as well as doing other late-night activities! NO aircon; in hot days room is very uncomfortable. No fitness. |

Front desk staff was helpful and were able to answer almost all of our questions in a helpful way.

| Inconsistent staff competence...errors and omissions on our bill caused a delay in checking out. Also, the room was rather noisy with guests in the adjoining room...neighborhood wasn't very nice and was located right in between tram and Underground routes. |
