Location is very central but also in a bit of a rough spot. All rooms are very modern and recently refurbished. Modern and attractive bathroom.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very centrally in Frankfurt.

Room on 5th floor very spacious, equipment very modern, no noise from the street. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast gives no reasons for complaints.

| Internet access from one's room is expensive. The shower in my room delivered water with a wildly fluctuating temperature. The website says, "All rooms are equipped with spacious bathrooms" but I only had a small shower room. There was a telephone in the room, but I found no indication of how expensive it would be to use it for outgoing calls, and no instructions on how to get incoming calls. I also think that the best word to describe the reception staff is "brusque". |
