klimaanlage und wifi haben nicht funktioniert. das hotel liegt in der bahnhofsgegend und die umgebung wirk vor allem abends etwas "wild". jede menge lokale rundhereum, eher schwarze und ndische kunden. kein richtuger parkplatz - zwischen 9 und 19 uhr muss man bezahlen

Reception staff were very friendly. Room was small but reasonable for the location in Nice. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and there was plenty to look at on the way. The main shopping street with the trams is the next block which is handy for getting around. WIFI was availvable, as was air conditioning and TV.

Bathroom had just been renovated, but needed to be cleaned with some bleach, as the mildew was growing in the grout and could have been easily prevented with proper cleaning. We needed to open the window after coming in after being out, as the mouldy smell was a bit overwhelming. The location of the hotel is not the best (its near the train station but in a fairly dodgy area) however you could avoid most of the riffraff simply by walking up the main street rather than by coming from the other direction.

Nice & friendly staff, room small but comfortable. Worth the money, ideal located near railway station & tramway.
