 Comfortable rooms, new WIFI internet, earlier there was only cable

 Terrible breakfast, very limited variety, coffee that only had the color but tasted like water. On check-out the staff appeared to be unskilled and had to be supported by the manager who also did not present himself in a proffesional manner. Our reservation appeared to be entered incorrectly to their system and we had to wait 20 minutes for corrections and the invoices. The manager did not appear to be happy with this situation and was not proactive in helping us. Upon our frustration the manager even made the situation worse with his impolite behaviour by blaming everything on the hotel staff although he should take full responsibility as manager. Not even a word of apology! When we asked for a complaint form the manager suddenly became frightened and after pretending that he was looking for it explained that they don't have one available!?! |

| Toilet: very nice poster with sign "desinfected", but when I wanted to sit and use it, I found a dried drop of piss on toilet seat.
Shower: Sewer is going to be plugged.
Noice: Airco even shut-off still makes or carry a noice (but it is more probably general problem everywhere). |

5 minutes walk to the airport. The best option if the weather allows :).

Very pro-active staff. PCs with fast internet provided in reception area.

This is my first stay in this hotel and It was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable and willing to assist with anything. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and concidering it is so close to the terminal I heard no noise from planes. I work for a company that use airport Hotels weekly and will be recomending this one very strongly to my colleages.

| An ideal hotel for an overnight stopover between flights at Prague airport - staff very efficient and unlike other hotels in the area I have used, the courtesy bus has always been available, 24 hours a day. Free internet a bonus as well and no problem in borrowing a cable for my lap-top - desk staff only too willing to assist. |

| Arriving with a late flight (22:30) and leaving with an early flight (7:00) this hotel is perfectly situated, and the shuttle is available at any time. |

Excellent place to stay when you need to catch an early flight or arrive on a late flight. The hotel makes a continental breakfast available for early departures. Shuttle to airport was prompt. Free internet. Room was great for a short stay.

| Only negative was that my colleague had a problem with being billed for calls using a toll-free calling card access number -- I believe he was billed for the call to the "toll free" number, perhaps due to the fact that the hotel has IP phone service. It would be good to confirm this, because it makes for some expensive phone calls that would normally be free of charge. |
