After checking out, you can leave luggage there and use the wash room conveniently.

The lift is too old. If sb foregot to close that door, it would not move to other floor for other people to use. The quality of the bed is not good. |

Close to the TERMINI main station. Simple but clean with friendly stuff.

The room is clean and decent, the bed is quite comfortable.

Hotel location is very central. Cleanliness of the rooms and common area is good. There was an additional bed provided in the room (at no additional cost), which was very handy. Overall value for money. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

The hotel approach was complicated - reception on the first floor of the building and the remaining rooms on the floors above. Breakfast was served in the room. Lighting in the room was poor. The window lock was broken in the room that we were staying in. There was no hot water in the toilet/bath in the morning (between 0600AM-0700AM) on the day we had to check-out early in the morning. On the previous morning there was a power-trip-off as well in the room, leaving us in dark. The room also had problems with sound-proofing, as lot of outside noise came inside the room. Lastly, the room service/cleaning staff left the room unlocked after cleaning on first day; we realised the same after we came back from sightseeing later in the evening. |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only complaint would be that the plumbing was noisy due to sump pumps behind the toilets. |

Absolute conformity the price-quality. It is conveniently located about station. It is a lot of small restaurants around with a different price category. |
