I was very impressed with this hotel and would look to stay here again as well as recommend. Well located. Most of the front desk staff was great. One woman in particular was exceptional. Tall, Blonde. She checked me out and was fabulous during the entire visit.

There was a man at the front desk that was not friendly - at all. After the first few experiences I would go out of my way to wait for someone else. Toilet paper and glasses were not replaced in our room. We had to ask.

Waited a couple of hours as only rooms on the first floor were already made, and these were said to be noisy. When I then got a room on the second floor overlooking themain street I was sceptical, but insolation is very good, the room was quiet. Receptions staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Berlin, close to Bahnhof Zoo, Kürfürstendamm -Bendler Block and Potsdamer Platz even within walking distance.

Room a bit on the small side but very clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly - and there was a real air of professionalism - even the cleaning ladies were smiling.

A lot of smoking! The lobby smells like smoke.

SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN! THIS HOTEL IS STILL IN DDR TIMES. THEY STILL DID'T HEARD ABOUT THE "SERVICE" WORD.
