Room is clean and of good quality. Staff at breakfast are polite and helpful.

Staffs at Front Desk were arrogant!!! Totally unacceptable, treating guests like they were such a burden!!!

Fascinating design, very good location, friendly staff, free internet, "designer" touch in every element (not always with a plus sign though). Overall very good experience.

Design over usability on some places - elevators are with a strange outside panel, amusing but very confusing. The WC's door was detached from the hinge and was impossible to close properly. Reported two times at the reception but it wasn't repaired.

Excellent view from roof terrace. Liked the contemporary design of the room but it may not appeal to all. Near to tube station.

Rooms are a bit small & the glass walled bathroom may not suit some couples unless you enjoy watching each other take a shower! Thankfully this doesn't apply to the toilet.

Very nice hotel. Close to the metro (5 minute walk). Starbucks, restaurants, even a burgerking close to the hotel.

Very expensive breakfast but alternatives available (see "positive")
