 Very comfortable three star hotel in a good location in Zurich's old town. Very easy walking distance to many landmarks/attractions. Room size was good, and the bed was very comfortable! Shower/toilet smallish but adequate; other rooms looked to be larger. Very clean and looks recently refurbished in a modern style. Some nice accessories, e.g. bath robe, slippers, ear plugs (not needed). Some reviewers warned about noise levels but we stayed in the second building (the annexe) literally just across the street and away from the bar in the main building; once we closed the windows (at night), the noise levels were very good (and should be much less of a problem in the winter). Would definitely stay here again.
  No air-conditioning, which could be a problem but only during hot weather; although the fan in the room helps. No kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room.
