| Booked were 2 rooms for family of four and upon arrival we noticed that we got 2 single rooms.
As we were in a hurry (had to go to a wedding party within 45 minutes) they requested us to use those rooms while they were trying to find a solution.
When we came back late at night, our baggage had already been transferred into our new double rooms.
The hotel is fairly new (2010), perfect airco, the beds are great, nice flat TV with choice of international channels and although the shower is somewhat small, it's of good quality.
The next morning the owner said that the misunderstanding happened because of the promo price we paid via the internet (for single rooms) and she apologized immediately when she could verify our booking on paper for the 2 double rooms. We were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience (good service recovery). The breakfast is actually of pretty good quality and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and of course paid for the breakfast ourselves.
Finally, we could park our car free of charge next to the hotel. |

| A nice, well situated hotel in the area of Frankfurt. You will need a car since it is kind of isolated from the city center.
The staff was very friendly and I would recommend this hotel if you need to be in that area. |

Brand new hotel with modern, stlyish facilities. Excellent room. Slight noise from ventilation.

| Location is not in very pleasant location, but convenient for business trips to the area. Not ideal for visiting the city, and you need a car or taxi to get there. |
