Every one of our hotel's spacious rooms has its own private bathroom and some also have a balcony - please state your preference when making your booking. Each spacious room has a television and radio. The hotel also has rooms for non smokers (please indicate that you require such a room when making your reservation).

Located in a quiet residential area of Puerto de la Cruz, Hotel Puerto Palace is about 10 minutes away from the city centre. Here, in this valley in the North of the island, you will especially enjoy the extraordinary climate of the Canary Islands. Guests can enjoy a very mild climate throughout the year, thanks to the trade winds.
The hotel features 290 rooms, all with fully-equipped bathrooms and terrace with view of the sea or the mountain side.
Puerto de la Cruz is a city of 2 contrasting sides: on the one hand it is an idyllic fishing village, on the other hand it offers the atmosphere of an international city. Since the 60s, this combination has made the city very popular among tourists.
