We were way too late for breakfast, but the friendly waiter bring us food anyway! Such a wonderful gesture!

 The staff could need some english language education. Not all tourist speak german. The room is very quiet, except monday morning some builders started at 6.00 outside. Hence the score "2". Not funny on your vacation to wake up at that time.
Also, the bankterminal didnt work when leaving. I guess it was some technical problems, but it was very frustrating and delayed us for our trip to airport. |

Location is very close to the Main railway station. Breakfast is good.

| We were asked to pay in front at arrival, but when we checked out was told that we have not paid the bill. They demand that we show the bill, luckily we can show it. Otherwise we have to pay twice. They said that our payment was not in their computer system, but they gave us computer printed bill the earlier day.
Room is very very small, no space to put any luggage. Price too expensive. No internet acess, no parking available.
Pillow is very poor, can not be used at all.
We never want to stay in this hotel again. |

Close to the railway station. Very good breakfast buffet.

| Curtains and other textiles in the room smelled like not been cleaned for long time. 55 Euro per night was a little too expensive for the quality of the room, it was more like a room for about 35 Euro. |

The room was very nice, as well the personal. We like to recommend it to all our friends who need a hotel to stay over night in Hamburg.

The staff was friendly, able to speak in good English and was very helpful. I like its restaurant as it served nice dinner with good environment. The location was very near to the main train station.

| The door lock of my room did not function well and the main entrance was blocked by tables and customers of the restaurant, which was not convenient for hotel residents to go in and out. |
