Excellent location, perfect restaurant and good breakfast, rooms clean and well designed. Excellent tea area downstairs.

Certain lack of support upon checkout. Staff could have been more courteous and more helpful.

I was upgraded to an excellent room, with view of the lake. Reception was efficient and friendly.

Although breakfast was not part of my advertised package, I would have felt better if the buffet breakfast had been included in the price I paid.
