 The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast servers. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. Only a short walk from Gare du Nord.

 The room had an odor of chemical cleaner... Due to the hotel's location, we had some noise coming in from the street late into the night. Otherwise, a pretty good deal for the money. |

Nothing was stolen out of my room while I was gone.

| I was greatly disappointed by the lack of service I received - they failed to clean my room while I was there for several nights and the clerk hounded me the entire time there. There is no mention there the toilet is separate from your room. There are nicer hotels for the same price just blocks away. |

Very conveniently located close to a train station, if traveling to CDG by train, and to the metro and bus to get downtown and to the sites. It's a bare-bones place, if you are a budget traveler and only need a bed and shower, it's a good place to stay. If you expect any luxury at all, don't go there (I can't tell about other rooms but ours was a bare minimum).

| The hotel's claim that the rooms are soundproof is not true - it felt like there was not much more than cardboard between our room and the next. My room did not have an alarm clock nor even a nightstand next to a double bed like the hotel's website claims. Also, in the bathroom there were these transparent tiles in the wall and the light from the hallway shone through those tiles and the glass bathroom door right into my eyes when I was in bed - I actually had to hang a bathtowel on the door to get the room dark. |
