Hotel Niedersachenhof has been run by Hans-Henning Mente and his new staff since July 2003. This popular meeting place situated directly at the B27 federal road and between the city of Göttingen and the Harz low mountain range provides a varied culinary and cultural offer. Get to know the town of Gieboldhausen with its 1000 years of history, its impressive half-timbered houses, romantic corners and the beautiful castle built in 1528.
In 2008, all the hotel rooms were renovated completely and 7 new rooms were built. The bright and cosy rooms are appointed with bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, internet access and desk.
Our restaurant and much praised cuisine offer a wide selection of culinary highlights and special events like theme buffet and fondue dinners.
