The friendlyness of the staff was very comfortable. I felt welcome and accepted.

The single room is very small. I am not very tall therefore it was absolutely sufficient. But anyone who is from normal size could get problems in the bath or with the size of the bed ... |

We stayed in this hotel twice, the first visit was fine, a 4/5. The hotel is easily accessed from the airport by train or taxi, and there are several tram lines running to the city centre that are within a few hundred metres.

The second time was an overnight stay to catch a 6am taxi to the airport. The room we were put in was unclean. Most egregious was the shower drain was plugged with hair and absolutely filthy, so only one of us had a shower. The desk clerk was not terribly helpful, and only gave us a 10% discount after first asking for the full price. |

The hotel is next to a tram & bus stop with very frequent connections to the city center; about 10 mins ride. |

Very helpful, friendly reception staff. Excellent wireless internet connection. Conveniently near a tram stop.

The front of the hotel is on a busy road, and there is quite a lot of traffic noise. (Maybe quieter at the back?) The choice of food at breakfast was not quite as comprehensive as one normally expects in a German hotel. |
