 Hotel staff was polite and friendly - they even recommended us a few interesting points to visit in the old town. The residential area was really quiet - also through the weekend.

 We stayed in a separate building from the main hotel and thus we had to leave the building to have breakfast (no problem if the weather is fine). The bathroom in our attic room had no ventilation but a small skylight window that was rather difficult to open. |

| Friendly, helpful staff. Central Heidelberg is very crowded, and then it's very satisfactory to have a niice hotel just outside the centre. Easy and cheap to get to the city centre with the Strassenbahn (every 10 minutes until 9 pm, then twice an hour). A "Ticet 24" - 5 euro. I really recommend the Hotel Neu Heidelberg. Kåre S (Norway) |

| We were thrilled to pull up to this charming little hotel. We were 4km from the Bismarkplatz (the city center for tourists) and the train to take us downtown was a 2 minute walk and 10 minute ride. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The room was clean, the linens nice, and the shower's water pressure was amazing. Hotel Neu is a great find for a great price in one of Germany's most beautiful cities. |

| The staff at Neu Heildelberg were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the location because of it's easy access to the autobaun and only an hours drive to Frankfurt International. The room was clean and had a nice balcony to enjoy coffee and fresh air. My husband and I were in Germany for the World Cup and this location was perfect to get around to the different host cities. |
