 It's in down town and almost near to many resorts.

 The room was offered at an relative attractive price during what seemed to be a very busy Parisian week. (Most other hotels were booked out) Bed linen were clean.
  The location is not great. The hotel is surrounded by sex-shops and masseuses bars. Not the most glamourous place to be... The rooms would definitely need a good refresh. Everything looks like it was built 40 years ago and not touched since then. Curtains and wallpapers are damaged and dirty. Internet is free but most of the time it is so slow that it cannot be used.
