Hotel Melia Avenida America is located between the airport and Castellana, one of the most modern quarters of Madrid, close to the IFEMA and the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Grounds. It is only 10 minutes from Madrid Barajas International Airport and the Atocha and Chamartin railway stations. The large shopping areas are in the immediate vicinity.
The rooms come with a safe, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer.
The hotel offers, besides free of charge check-in service for Iberia passengers, a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and the exhibition grounds. There is WLAN internet access available in the entire building.
We serve a comprehensive buffet at breakfast time and, in addition, you will find an à la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant in the building, serving lunch.

 A very pleasant hotel , staff was helpful overall . spacious rooms well equipped. parking available around the hotel at no cost.

The staff was very kind, most important to let know visitors that location of hotel is not so far away from Madrid Center. By bus is 25 minutes and better than metro and you can take the bus in front of the hotel every 5 minutes. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN, rooms were very clean. You csn hear noise from other rooms but is not terrible. so what we want to say is that we dont understand why people complain about the hotel and location. Next year I will be there too.

A GREAT VENUE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT WITH A SHUTTLE SERVICE, ALSO A BUS ROUTE TO MADRID CENTRE, THE SPAR IS TERRIFIC I INTEND USING THE HOTEL 3 TIMES IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS
