Staff are excellent and very helpful with planning tours, taxis etc. Would recommendthem to family and friends. Close to Metro and Taxis. Easy to get into centre of Paris to see the sights.

Ideally located and not to far from major tourist landmarks. The rooms are spacious & serviceable only.

Shower curtain in bathroom was inadequate to prevent water splashing all over floor. No in house breakfast service Our booking to the Lido was completely stuffed up with the tour company who failed to show up on 2 nights

Friendly and accomodating staff; comfortable bed; clean, breakfast appropriate, good central location, quite street, good value for money.

One morning the water for the shower was only warm, not hot. This could be a potential problem.
