Personel not present at the reception... Reconstruction works on the floor my room was, it is not very comfortable to sleep on a building site... woken up by workers, no flooors, freshly painted walls in the hallway..

The hotel was modern, clean, located close to the train station and had a wonderful breakfast. It was also close to the Octoberfest grounds.

It was party central for the Octoberfest. Earplugs are needed during that time.

Excellent breakfast. Hotel is reasonably centrally located. Very close to Theresienwiese underground station and therefore just around the corner from Octoberfest !

Room very small, but adequate for a couple of days. Reception Staff friendly but detached.

Room very small, it was really a single room adapted as a double, you can get get out of the bed only from one side, after a couple days they stopped to put soap or shover gel in the bath, one day we were freezing and showing we the cold water because the heating system was out of order.

We got what we expected, so were we satisfied.

The only negative which I shall mention is the noise (we were deadly tired, os this meant no problem for us at all).
