Reconstruction works on the floor my room was, it is not very comfortable to sleep on a building site... woken up by workers, no flooors, freshly painted walls in the hallway.. |

 The hotel was modern, clean, located close to the train station and had a wonderful breakfast. It was also close to the Octoberfest grounds.

Excellent breakfast. Hotel is reasonably centrally located. Very close to Theresienwiese underground station and therefore just around the corner from Octoberfest !

| Room very small, it was really a single room adapted as a double, you can get get out of the bed only from one side, after a couple days they stopped to put soap or shover gel in the bath, one day we were freezing and showing we the cold water because the heating system was out of order. |

We got what we expected, so were we satisfied.

The Hotel location is very convinient for taking trams. You can get to the Bayerische Staatstheater and the Philharmonie very easily.
