Great staff, clean rooms, good location. I had a number of requests over several days that the staff always accomodated happily. For example, I needed several online tickets printed - just e-mailed PDFs to front desk person very late at night and they were waiting for me in an envelope first thing the next morning.

| Booked accidentally into terrible-smelling "cleaned" smoking room first night. Not sure if this was hotel.de or Lindemanns fault. But the staff very quickly fixed this after I complained, took care of moving my bags for me, etc. |

Hotel room was very clean, with modern furnitures, the staff were accommodating and friendly. Also worth mentioning was the wide range of breakfast buffet. All in all we had a really comfortable stay in this hotel.

| The location is not that central as I hoped it would be. The best way to get there is to take the bus, if you want to get the subway, the closest station is one block away, about 5 min on foot. Although not very far from Potsdamer Platz, the hotel is situated in a rather dull neighbourhood, so, not much of a view out of your hotel windows (at least from mine). |

Very nice comfortable rooms with a friendly staff.

| The doors really are a challenge it took us 10 minutes to get into ours the first time and only got in because our neighbor's gave us a lesson. The dial must only be turned clockwise to open the door, turning counter clockwise locks it further. Fortunately once you get the hang of it its easy. |
