nice room, bathroom, pool, relativelly close to the center and if weather is nice you can enjoy the park cross the street.

I admit I usually do not go often to 5 star hotels, now it was actually a good deal and we thought it made sense. So going to such a hotel we expected a lot of things to be included in the room price (I mean it's a 5 star hotel), the impression you get in general is that you have to pay quite a lot extra for small stuff and you do not feel like you are taken care of. A small example is the leaflet in the room that is advertising the pool, it has a price/per day - in fact it's actually free to go - but it does not say it anywhere, you have to ask. And you feel that for all sorts of small stuff you have to ask if it's included on not in your room price.
I guess for usual customers of 5 stars hotels they do not mind in the end if they bill is way higher because of all the extras, but if I would have to pay the full normal price, I would not return to this hotel because of the lack of transparecy in services. |

Good hotel for the price (i got it at a special rate). Nice bar and food.

Hotel is getting older. Fitness room without air conditioning can't be used in the summer (too hot) and equipment is "no fringes" which not match with a hotel in this category. I stayed a whole week there. Asked for at least a ventilator for the fitness room, but nothing happened ... a pity for this nice old hotel ... |

Beautiful, spacious room with two large beds, large bathroom with mirrors everywhere.

|
Breakfast would have been quite expensive at 25 EUR, so we decided to leave that out. |

Do not accept first floor rooms on the road side, far too noisy. Not acceptable for such hotel level. |

The hotel puts a voucher in your room for 2 free expressos/cappuccinos. I went to the bar and used the voucher but later discovered that I was charged for the expresso anyway. |

I was surprised at the cost of breakfast at £25 each which seemed rather steep. |

AC did not work properly, noisy fan that got fixed but still not cold enough. Good response from maintenance but.... |

This is a very good hotel for a very reasonable price. The restaurant offers excellent food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The airco works perfectly well.

|
The downside of the location of the hotel is that you cannot open the windows really due to the noise of the traffic. However, the airco does work properly. |
