 Excellent located - close to metro line 1 and Champs Elysees! Small, but clean and nice rooms.

 Some rooms do still have old windows which do not close properly. Very noisy street on the front - in particular in combination with the old windows. |

The hotel is wonderfully positioned close to Champs Elysees and the Metro. Of great significance is its closeness to the Air France Shuttle from CDG. Good inexpensive cafe/restaurant (The Empereur)quite close by. There is a nice Boulangerie at the end of the street for breakfast. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Room amenities were satisfactory. Above average in value with regards to room rate and facilities. We stayed on the 5th floor facing the street with an uninterrupted angular view of the Arch. External noise was minimal with the window closed. Heating was great. Great water pressure.

| The double standard room was a little small but as expected in Paris. There could have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Otherwise all other amenities were excellent. |
