Room was refurbished. Good standard,space and storage facilities for the price. Modern bathroom.Cleanliness outstanding. Though price level was higher than usual during my last stay (throughout Hamburg), due to a special event, the Imperial still was cheaper compared to other *** hotels which were also more expensive that time. Broad, high quality food range for breakfast ("as much as you can eat/drink")included in room price, very friendly personnel. Very good location for all activities in the city of Hamburg and Hamburg port. Only three minutes walk to next subway station. Hotel is reachable within 45 minutes from Hamburg Airport by public transport. Early check-in was also possible.
