small rooms and really small bathrooms..good breakfast but no place on the breakfast room specially between 8.30 to 9.30..all shared tables..to many noises between rooms..

Room (226) comfortable and pleasantly decorated in neutral tones. Bathroom 'cosy' but shower cubicle is of a generous size. Breakfasts as previously described! Location suited us - 20/25 mins to centre on tram to centre was fine. Also good S-Bahn links from Pasing eg 30/35 to Starnberger See or Ammersee.

Bar and public areas are a little on the dark/dingy side. Otherwise fine.

for the type of hotel this was one would expect a simple breakfast, but this was not the case here. After leaving the hotel, the other places we stayed (Castle Hotels), could not beat the arrange of food they offered. It was very impressive.

the bathroom in our room was very small, but how much time do i really need to spend in there.

a little bit far from the centre: 30 minutes by tram or 10 minutes by metro but the nearest metro stop (Pasing) is not close to the hotel

We booked 2 double rooms and got 2 twins. The beds were disposed in L and could not be moved. No warm water was available and the explanation of the staff was that the hotel was full... This is not an eventuality! Staff very unfriendly, saying they could not perform magic to have warm water... Hotel bad situated, really far away from the city center. Really noisy hotel: traffic from the avenue in front of the hotel, noise of the water tubes (spontaneous), one could also hear the people talking in the neightbour room, etc.

Hotel is not far from the center of the city (only 15 minutes with a tram). Breakfast is very good! Good for it's price.

Single rooms are very small, especially the WC and shower, which is not seen on the site, as there's a picture of a double-bed room given.

Nice hotel very close to tram for 10 minute ride into central Munich, very close to Nymphenburg Park, parking on site, great breakfast, extremely helpful staff
