Room service is almost a joke - the hotel has a contract with a pizza delivery service, so that´s the only thing available in the way of midnight snacks and that only until 24.

Very helpful staff

The charge of 15 euros a night for very crampt parking space {I scraped my hire car on a piller} was I thought a bit excessive. Also your advert said there was a bar and restaurant - which are only working for breakfast. So your advert was a bit misleading.

All the major sights of Granada are within walking distance. Our room was very nicely furnitured and decorated. The staff apart from being very friendly and competent was multi-lingual so that neither German nor English were a problem.

The hotel itself was very quiet, yet if you have a room to the front there is a lot of noice throughout the night when you decide to sleep with open windows (which you of course need not do, as the rooms are air-conditioned). The breakfast needs improving: there are some nice items of high quality (Serrano ham, fresh fruit, salmon, a variety of Spanish sausages) but the hot 'stuff' (eggs,fried ham, beans etc.) are not properly kept warm, so that they are actually cold after a short time. If you are used to big choice breakfast buffets you might be disappointed.
