Great views from most rooms. Excellent location near many sights and public transportation. Very friendly staff. Lobby and the older decorations feel and look very "Hamburg", lots of hanseatic splendor. Fantastic food. The "Tower Bar" is probably one of the most scenic drinking locations in Germany.

| No coffee maker in rooms. For some guests, street noises might prove bothersome - there´s a subway train running by the southeast side of the hotel and due to its inner city location, party revellers are coming by at all hours of the day and night. Some are louder than others. The hotel does provide ear plugs, though, free of charge. |

Nice Hotel in a good area of Hamburg. Friendly and competent staff. Had no bad experience there. The "bierstube" and the towerbar are the best. Nice staff and good drinks. I will be back!

I hate very quiet rooms so ours was just right. Did not use the sports equipment. Location of the Hafen Hotel (being "Hafen passionados" was excellent. Next time we'll ask for a room with a better view of the harbor.

| Rearding some of the questions below: We did not eat near the hotel- in the hotel the breakfast was excellent, the bar in the tower fun. A drink on the terrace looking out over the harbor equally so.Can't recall what the hotel info told us about your hotel, must hae been good enough for us to choose you. |

Lovely spacious room in modern part of the hotel, wonderful breakfast and delicious evening meal in restaurant. Had the weather been better there was a beautiful terrace to sit out on. Staff very helpful and friendly

| The HHH should be your first choice, when you like to get the typical "Hamburg feeling": situated directly at the "Landungsbrücken", an incredible harbour view, maritime ambience throughout the complete building. Combined with the attentive, really friendly personal and the perfect service, it's my favorite accommodation during Hamburg stays |

| chamber maid woke me at 8.30 AM to clean my room and tried twice more before I checked out at 10.45 AM. Not good. |
