Great breakfast at a great price and staff are very friendly.

There was a nite club entrance outside my room which led to nice (not musice but people leaving niteclub and shouting for hours). Windows could do with triple glazing. However, there are only 3 rooms that face the niteclub so chances are you will not get one. |

the guy in reception is the most unfriendly people I have ever met in the reception of a hotel.
The internet limitation to only one device is quite unconfortable. |

Nice room, good design. Good location on the edge of the old town puts everything within walking distance.

wireless internet service should certainly be improved, disconnections are frequent...also the PC on the ground floor does not perform well...everything else is perfect :) |

Goldene Rose is a great hotel and a good price for the heart of the city. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Highly recommend. |

This is our second visit to Heidelberg and we made sure to stay here again because we were so pleased with the accommodations, closeness to the Hauptstrasse and wonderful staff. You are mere feet from all the happenings of the city and within walking distance to everything. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful day or night. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here while in this beautiful city. |

No Elevator in hotel. No shampoo or soap in bathroom except for some liquid soap in shower. No washcloths in bathroom to use the liquid soap when taking a shower. Insufficient towels (2) |
