Staff very helpful

| FREE WIRELESS, with no fuss or frust, was the main reason we have stayed at the Gates over the years. Under new management, the system is anything but "no frust" and in the end did not work at all during our stay. Without Free Wireless, we shall probably go elsewhere. |

| my room was close to the breakfast hall so I woken up every morning by staff talking, doors banging and breakfast being prepared.
As a non-smoker, i was put in a smoking room that still smelt of stale cigarettes which was bad. |
