 A friendly staff that helped with parking, suggested restaurant, and offered upgrades.

 My room was towards the road. With the tram going by you get some noise. But i was informed about it by the staff beforehand and could have decided to get a more quite room (for additional cost) |

the personnel was very nice and the room was clean and cheap. the minibar had extremely cheap prices, which was very very nice.

| The 1982 elevator looks a bit scary.
the room we had was okay but not spacious.
the beds were bouncy and the pillows a bit plasticky, so bring you own pillows if you are sensitive. |

It was quiet and clean.

| The reception wasn't helpful with information on tram times, also gave us a smoking room with twin beds when we wanted nonsmoking and a double bed. |

breakfast fantastic. helpfull staff after problem with room.

| we had problem with rooms as the rooms we booked were not provided. there were not enough beds to fit all our party. As hotel reception was closed (arrived sunday night) all communication was done through intercom. unfortunately lady on itercom was neither polite or helpfull. the situation was sorted out after a call to hotel.de. |

Clean beds. Fairly spacious room. Fridge. Nice breakfast, but in an uninviting basement.

| Lots of stairs if you have luggage - which we did, as a family of 4 traveling for 1 month. There were stairs to the lobby and then no elevator to top floor. No real parking. It was impossibly hot in the room even with windows open all night. The tub with no shower curtain was definitely our biggest challenge! The room was noisy, right on a street with a tram or something. |
