Modern building, refurbished in 2000. Located in the city centre, close to the Palacio Real and the main accesses to Madrid. Next to Principe Pio station, this offers easy access to the centre. Offers 399 well-equipped rooms with television, phone, air-conditioning, safe and bathroom. Free wifi in rooms and rest of hotel is available for guests. It has been inagurated a train that goes from the hotel (Príncipe Pío station) to the T4.

 Some of the staff members, non reception staff, were very helpfull and friendly.
  Reception staff are not very freindly or welcoming. I rang the reception one evening several times and there was no repsonse. However on passing reception a number of staff were seen working. So not sure why they did not answer the phone. Also room service was advertised and when called they was also no answer from them to order the items from the menu.

 The room was very confortable.The staff was excellent. The location was awesome, perfect.THE LOBBY IS BEAUTIFUL.THE SOUVENIRS SHOP WAS EXCELLENT.I HAVE A WONDERFULL TIME.I LOVE MADRID.
  THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM. THE WEATHER OUTSIDE WAS NOT SO COLD TO REQUIRED CALEFACTION. I opened the window, but was not enough.The internet too expensive.I FOUND THE RESTAURANT TOO EXPENSIVE.
