Our house is located in the "Utoschloss," the Neo-Baroque palace built in 1898-1900 as a representative residential and commercial building.
The Utoschloss was then the most influential head of a future lake-front living along the Uto-and Mythenquai. The building has been registered since 1989 as artistic and cultural history legitimate object.
