 Very close to Barajas airport in Madrid. Great for catching an early flight with only a 5 min taxi ride. Metro station only a short walk away to get into the center of Madrid. Don't let the surrounding area put you off; a block away is a cute plaza with restaurants and bars. Value for money is great. |

 The information of access to the hotel was not available even I asked for it when I made reservation. So, you'd better give the information of access to the hotel from the termial 1/2/3/4 in the Madrid airport in advance at least. |

| Poor breakfast. Breakfast is not my main interest - usually I have only a cup of coffee...but only a few pieces of bread and packed croissants with some butter seems to me too easy...a few boiled eggs there and some bacon could improve the situation a lot. |

| a nice clean, tidy and comfortable hotel. Breakfast 3.50 and ok, but not really sufficient for a long day. Staff friendly, and easy accessible from the airport/metro. Would stay again, some nice local bars in the area too |

It was a very welcoming moment when I first entered the hotel. The room was clean, the air-conditioning was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. I had a big closet with a huge mirror on it. The bathroom was very good and clean, too. I especially liked the shower. When I talked to the staff, they spoke English and were very friendly. It's only a few minutes from the airport (Bus 101, or metro, station: Barajas). The neighborhood was a bit ghetto-like, but I experienced no problems with that. It takes about 15-20min to get to the city center by metro. The room actually looked like on the picture.

| When I talked to the concierge, they handed me 2 cards working as the room keys. However, they forgot to tell me that I had to use one those to initiate the air-conditioning and electricity. Only when I came back to aks, why it didn't work, they informed me about that.
When I went into their cafeteria the next morning, they offered me a Continental Breakfast, which actually consisted of one single toast, a coffee and an orange juice. It costed 3,50 Euro and did not fully satisfy my appetite. |

| The hotel was very confortable and better than expected. It was close to the airport. The 101 bus to the airport ran frequently and was a short easy walk to the hotel. Hotel was quiet and well appointed and exceeded our expectations. Continental breakfast, although very basic was included and the cafe con leche was great! |

The room was quiet, very clean, had working Internet (ADSL) connection (EXCELLENT!), clean and spacious bathroom. The hotel was quite new-looking. Good public transportation connections.
